Healthy Indian Vegetarian Recipes

Ingredientts  Tuvar dal - one cup Chukka Jura-3 bunches Green chilli- 1 Onion- One big Turmeric powder - One pinch Salt -  11/2 Teaspoon Chilli powder -11/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - One tea spoon mustard seeds, one tea spoon jeera, two red chilli, chana dal , one teaspoon urad dal , one spoon, methi one pinch , asoefot8da one pinch. Curry leaves and coriander leaves for flavour. Method :   Cook dal and leafy veg adding onion and green chilli . After three whistles Tak out the dal and add above spices and put seasoning . Lastly add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
