Mint and lemon drink( Shikanji)

Ingredients : Mint. - 1 Cup Lemon juice - 3 lemons Salt one pinch Black salt one pinch Coriander powder one teaspoon Cumin seeds powder one teaspoon Ice cubes (optional) Method of preparation : 1. Take mint leaves and grind it in a mixi jar with little water. 2. Take a big bowl of water add mint, lemon juice, jeera powder , coriander powder, salt, black salt. 3. Pour the drink in a glass and add ice cubes. 4. It is good refreshing drink in summer.

Mixed vegetables pasta :

Ingredients : Pasta - 150 gms Pineapple -  One Small Cup Oil  - 1 Tablespoon Paneer (tofu can also be used) Baby corn - one cup Onion - 2 Zucchini - one cup Garlic -2 cloves ( cut into small pieces) Black pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon Salt as per taste Cheese (mozzarella or processed) Milk -half a cap Maida-1 Teaspoon (only to Thicken the white sauce) Butter - 1 Teaspoon Oregano one teaspoon Mixed herbs one teaspoon Chilli flakes as per taste Method of preparation : 1. Take a bowl with water , put the pasta into water, add one tablespoon of oil, little salt, and let it gets cooked  till it is done, if you cut the pasta with nail it should be broken into two, but let the pasta not be cooked too soft. 2.. Strain the pasta and pour cold water on it. 3.  Cut all the vegetables as given above into small pieces. 4.  Put a pan add butter ,  then add all vegetables ( including paneer and garlic), let them get cooked well, then add pine apple pieces,  add boiled pasta to

Mavidikaya ( Mango) pulihora

Ingredients : Mango ( Mavidikaya) - 1 raw  mango (big one) Salt as per taste Turmeric powder one pinch Oil for seasoning Curry leaves handful Cooked rice - 1 Big bowl Green chillies -3 Seasoning - Urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, one teaspoon each, dry red. Chillies -3, groundnut one tablespoon, cashew nut - one tablespoon, asoefitida one pinch Method of preparation  : 1. Put a pan add oil, add the above ingredients for seasoning, add curry leaves and green chillies to the seasoning and keep it on the stove till the rawness of green chillies  ( sliced into two) and curry leaves  goes off. 2. Peel  out the skin of raw mango,  grate it and add it to the seasoning, (immediately add  to the cooked rice). 3. Add groundnut and cashew nut too, to the seasoning. 4. Take  a big bowl add cooked rice into the bowl, add the seasoning ( other  ingredients  added into the seasoning too) ,, turmeric powder, salt.

Mango ice cream

Ingredients : Mango juice  - 1 Cup Mango pieces - 1/2 Cup Fresh cream -  1/2 Cup Whole milk - 1/2 Cup Whole milk powder - 1/2 Cup Sugar - 1/2 Cup Method of preparation : 1. Take out the mango juice and few mango pieces and keep aside. 2. Take a bowl , add mango juice, fresh cream ( Full cream) ,  whole milk, whole milk powder, sugar , add all the ingredients and blend it with hand blender or in a mixi grinder. 3.  Add the mango pieces and refrigerate it for few hours. 4. Again blend it with hand blender  for two times and keep it in refrigerator. 5. Mango ice cream is ready to serve.

Fruit punch

Ingredients : Mango - Few pieces Apple - Few pieces Pineapple - Few pieces Banana - 2 ( Cut into pieces ) Pomegranate  - 1 ( Or any other fruit) Honey - 2 Teaspoons ( Optional ) Method of preparation : 1. Peel the skins of all fruits. 2. Make into pieces. 3. Blend all the fruits in a grinder , to make a smoothie. 4. You can add honey ( Optional ) 5. Keep in refrigerator for two hours or cut all the fruits and keep in refrigerator for few mins. and serve it immediately

Baingan ka Barta

Ingredients : Aubergine ( Bajji Vankaya) - 1 Salt as per taste Chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds  powder - 1 Teaspoon Oil for seasoning Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon Dry red chillies -2 Ginger - 1 Big piece Green chillies - 2 Coriander leaves - Handful Turmeric powder - 1 Pinch Method of preparation : 1. Put the aubergine on the stove directly and keep it on the stove till it is fully cooked. 2. Cut onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies into small pieces. 3. Put a pan on the stove add oil, then add cumin seeds, dry red chillies, green chillies, ginger, onions, tomatoes, salt , turmeric powder. 4.  Peel and mash the aubergine. 5. Add it to the seasoning, let all the ingredients mix well. 6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Potato (Aalu) salad

Ingredients : Potatoes - 3 Tomatoes - 2 Onions - 2 Salt as per taste Pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves as needed Mayonnaise - 2 Teaspoons Lemon juice  - 2  Teaspoons Italian seasoning - 1 Teaspoon Method of preparation : 1. Boil the potatoes till it gets cooked. 2. Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces. 3. Take a big bowl , add boiled potatoes ( cut into small pieces), tomatoes, onions,  salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves, mayonnaise,  Italian seasoning. 4. Lastly add lemon juice  to enhance the taste.
