Lemon rice
Ingredients: Cooked rice-you may adjust the quantity of rice as per the no. of people Pinch of turmeric Curry leaves Lemon Oil (preferably groundnut oil) Green chillies slit Salt as per taste Seasoning : Teaspoon of mustard seeds Ground nut -1 table spoon Jeera-1 teaspoon A few red chillie A pinch of hing(asafaetida) Teaspoon of urad dal Cashew nut optional Preparation time: 10 mins Add turmeric and salt as required to the cooked rice. Fry the seasoning as mentioned .Add slit green chillies and sauté them .Once sautéed, add curry leaves . Combine the fried seasoning along with rice and also squeeze lemon juice and mix well .
