Groundnut powder
Ingredients:
- Groundnut-250 gms
- Red chilli- handful,
- Salt as for taste
- Garlic -6 cloves
- Jeera-1table spoon
Preparation time: 10 mins
Fry groundnut without oil till it gives good smell, later add red chilli ,to become warm and then add jeera to it and garlic too. Keep it aside to become cool, later add salt to it and grind it coarsely. You can use for one month.
