Pudina (mint) rice
- Cooked rice- 1cup (rice measure might change with the no. of people)
- Mint
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilllies
- Cashew nut -1teaspoon
- Oil -2 teaspoons
- Salt as per taste

1.Method of preparation: grind mint, coriander leaves ,green chillies.
2. Slice onion lengthwise and fry them in oil or ghee.
3. After frying the onions add the gravy and fry it till it is cooked ,add the cooked rice and salt to it, fry the cashew till it turns golden brown and add it to the rice.
4. Serve pudina rice hot along with yogurt or raita.
