Curry leaf powder
Ingredients:
Preparation time: 10 mins.
Clean the Curry leaves with water and keep them to dry on a paper, after that fry dhaniya seeds without oil for few secs and fry curry leaves for one min and mix all the ingredients and make powder coarsely. You can use it for 15 days.

- Two bunches of Curry leaves,
- Dhaniya seeds-50gms,
- Little tamarind,
- Salt as per taste
- Red dry chillies (4-5)
