Urad dal laddu (minapa sunni undalu)

Ingredients
  •    Urad dal -  1 Glass
  •    Jaggery - 1 Glass
  •     Ghee - 1 Glass
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the urad dal without any oil in a pan , till it gives good smell.
2. Now turn off the stove, make it into a coarse powder.
3. Later add powdered jaggery and ghee melted into the powder till it give a good shape of laddu.
4 . You can keep it for a week.
Nutritional value:
 Contains iron, magnesium , protein , dietary fibre.
