Chukka kura pachadi ( Dock / Sorrel)
Ingredients : Chukkakura ( Dock / Sorrel ) - 5 bunches Salt as per taste Turmeric powder one pinch Chilli powder as per taste Fenugreek powder - 1 Teaspoon Oil for seasoning Seasoning - Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chanadal, one teaspoon each, dry red chillies -3 , asoefitida / garlic Method of preparation : 1. Clean the leafy vegetable with water and cut into small pieces. 2. Put the pan on the stove , add the leafy vegetable and let it get cooked well. 3. Add salt, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds powder, chilli powder to it. 4. Make seasoning with above mentioned ingredients and add it to the chutney.
