Taco ( Veg)

Ingredients  :
Tacos ( Store brought)  - As per your serving Cheese - 10 -15 gms
Mayonnaise - As required
Mustard sauce - As required
Mixed herbs - 1 Teaspoon
Oil -  1 Teaspoon

For Salsa -
Tomatoes  finely chopped,  half capsicum (cut into small pieces) , one  green chilli chopped, salt , pepper, lemon juice, onion finely chopped.

For the paneer filling :
Paneer, onion, ginger garlic grated, tomato , a pinch of sugar, finely chopped parseley or coriander leaves.

Method of preparation :
1. Heat the Tacos in an oven or a pan for 30 - 35 secs.,  or heat it until it is warm and a bit crisp.
2. In a bowl add the chopped vegetables,  and other  ingredients for salsa mentioned above , mix them well.
3. Take a pan add some oil, once heated , add in finely chopped onion , tomato and  paneer and sauté well.
4. And add all the ingredients and prepare the filling, add handful of coriander leaves chopped too.

Serving :
1. For serving a Taco,  place a Taco on a plate , add some grated cheese on it first, on top add the salsa and the paneer filling ,squeeze some mustard sauce and mayonnaise on the top, other sauces can also be used instead , as per your  preference.
2. Sprinkle some dried mixed herbs, and add in some more cheese on top, and place the Taco in an oven for around 15 - 30 secs, or till the cheese melts  slightly.
3. Serve the Taco warm.
