Vamu Annam ( Carrom seeds)

Ingredients :
One bowl cooked rice
Salt as per taste
Oil for seasoning
Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon
Curry leaves - Handful
Cashew nut - 1 Tablespoon
Carrom seeds - 11/2 Tablespoon
Green chillies - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon

Method of preparation :
1. Put a pan on the stove add sufficient oil for seasoning, then add carom seeds (vamu) , curry leaves, green chillies slitted, cashew nuts, cumin seeds , and let it fry till it gives good aroma.
2. Now add this into the cooked rice.
3. Serve it hot with any pickle .
