Baby corn paneer curry

Ingredients :
Baby corn - 50 gms
Paneer - 50 gms
Salt as per taste
Fennel seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Ginger  - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 3 cloves
Chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1 Teaspoon
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Coriander leaves - Handful
Green chillies - 2
Garam masala powder  - 1 Teaspoon
Curd  - 1 Tablespoon

Method of preparation :
1. Cut onions and tomatoes into desired shape.
2. Put a pan add onion pieces, green chillies, ginger garlic and saunf in butter, sauté for few secs.
3. Make a paste out of it.
4. Boil baby corn and paneer in sufficient water.
5. Put a pan on the stove, add little butter, then the paste, and tomatoes. , cook for few mins.
6. Add baby corn and paneer to the paste.
7. Later add salt, garam masala powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, curd , coriander leaves, mix all the ingredients well.
8. Serve with roti / chapathi.
