Mango instant pickle

Ingredients:
  • Mangoes - 2
  • Turmeric powder - 1 Pinch
  • Salt - 2 Teaspoons
  • Methi powder- 1 Teaspoon
  • Chilli powder - 2 Teaspoons
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Seasoning - Mustard seeds, Jeera, Chanadal, Urad dal one tea spoon each
  • Asoefotida- 1 pinch
  • Red chilli - 2 for  seasoning
  • Preparation :
1. Clean mangoes with water and wipe them off the water.
2. Then cut them into small pieces  and add salt , methi powder and chilli powder , turmeric powder.  3. Put seasoning with the above ingredients.
Nutritional values:
 Mango has Vit C, Vit A, , fibre, Vit  B 6.
