Raw Mango rasam
Ingredients:
1. Put the mango on the stove and let it roast fully , later take the outer layer of mango and take the pulp from it.
2. Then add it to water then add salt and turmeric powder, jaggery and curry leaves.
3. Later add seasoning to it.
Nutritional values : Vit A , Vit C, fibre .
Mango rasam is good for summer. We dont feel thirsty and feel energitic with mango rasam.
- Raw mango - 1
- A bowl of drinking water
- Salt as per taste
- Jaggery - 1 tablespoon powder
- Turmeric powder - One pinch
- Curry leaves - As needed
- Seasoning - Mustard seeds one teaspoon , jeera one teaspoon
- Oil-1 Teaspoon
