Neer dosa

Ingredients:
  • Rice- 1Glass
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as needed
  • Coconut scrap (optional)
Method: Soak rice for 5 hours, preferably over night and then grind it into a smooth batter consistencyby adding water. The batter should be in a very thin consistency just like water.Heat a pan till it’s quite hot ,take one ladle of batter and pour it on the pan . Neer dosa can be served with coconut chutney or veg korma.  
Note : Make sure the batter is extremely thin so that you can make good dosas .
