Potato and peas tikki

Ingredients :
Potatoes - 2
Peas - 150 gms
Onion-1
Salt as per taste
Kasoori methi - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 th teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon
Besan - 1/2 Tablespoon
Bread crumbs - 1/2 tablespoon

Method of preparation :
1. Take a bowl add in the mashed vegetables, finely chopped onions, and dry masalas.
2. Combine well.
3. Add basin and bread crumbs , form a dough .
4.Take small portions, and make it into a small balls, shape it into tikkis, shallow fry it on a dosa pan, roast till it gets golden brown colour both sides.
5. Serve it with ketchup.
