Panda mirapa ( red chilli) chutney

Red chillies  - 1kg
Salt - 200 gms
Tamarind - 200gms
Fenugreek powder - 1 Tablespoon
Seasoning - Urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, jeera each one tablespoon, dry red chillies 5, asoefitida one teaspoon
Oil for seasoning

Method of preparation :
1. Clean the red chillies with dry cloth. Take out the stems of the mirchi.
2. Cut the mirchi into pieces.
3. Add mirchi, salt, fenugreek powder, tamarind,  grind all the ingredients.
4. Make a seasoning with the above given ingredients.
5. You can add little lemon juice too.
6.You can make seasoning when ever you want to eat the pickle., it will give fresh taste than adding seasoning to the whole pickle.
