Potato kachori

Ingredients :
For dough :
Maida  - 1Cup
Sooji - 2 Tablespoons
 Salt as per taste
Curd - 2 Tablespoons
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Ghee 11/2 Tablespoons
Carrom seeds - 1 Teaspoon

For stuffing :
Potatoes - 4( Boiled)
Ginger and green chilli paste - 1 Tablespoon
Dry mango powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves handful
Cumin powder - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - One pinch

Other ingredients :
Oil for deep frying

Method of preparation :
1. Prepare a dough with the mentioned ingredients and rest it for 15 mins.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing.
3.From the dough, make small balls , press it flat and stuff the prepared ingredients for stuffing, and close it , make it flat
4. Pour oil into a deep bottom pan,after it heats up drop the  prepared kachori and fry it till it gets golden brown colour.
5. Serve it with any pickle or tomato ketchup.
