Colocasia curry

Ingredients :
Colocasia - 1/4 kg
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder one pinch
Curd - 1 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves handful
Tomatoes. - 2
Jeera powder - 1 Teaspoon
 Coriander powder  - 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder one teaspoon
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Onions - 2
Scrapped coconut  - 1 Tablespoon ( Optional)

Method of preparation :
1. Boil the colocasia in water till it is cooked well.
2. Take out the skin of the colocasia and  cut them into even shape.
3. Shallow fry the colocasia and keep aside.
4. Cut the tomatoes , onions ,ginger  and green chillies into small pieces.
5. Put a pan on the stove , add little oil, add onions, colocasia, tomato pieces, green chillies, ginger pieces and let it cook for sometime.
6. Add turmeric powder , salt , chilli powder,  curd, jeera powder, coriander powder, ginger  garlic paste, coconut( Optional).
7. Lastly add coriander leaves.
