Paneer makhan wala

Ingredients :
Paneer - 150 gms
Salt as per taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon
Onions - 2 ( make into a paste)
Tomatoes - 3 ( make into a purée)
Garam masala - 1 Teaspoon
Masala ingredients - Bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves
Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 2 Teaspoons
Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
Kasoori methi - 1 Teaspoon
Cashew nut - 1 Tablespoon ( Soak cashew nuts for few mins and make it into a paste )
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1 Teaspoon
Fresh cream -1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon

Method of preparation :
1. Take a pan, add butter and oil , then add masala ingredients, cashew nuts paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, required salt, ginger garlic paste, kasoori methi powdered, sugar,  onion paste , tomato purée.
2. Shallow fry the paneer pieces in butter.
3. Add the paneer to the above ingredients mix, and cook for few mins.
4. Lastly add fresh cream ,  lemon juice (Optional) and coriander leaves.
