Onion paratha
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 Cup
Salt as per taste
Onions -3
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder one pinch
Asoefitida one pinch
Green chillies - 2
Chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves handful
Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon
Ghee - For making parathas.
Method of preparation :
1. Make a dough with wheat flour for paratha.
2. Cut the onions and add a pinch of salt and keep aside for 5 mins and drain out the water from the onions.
3. Add in coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, asoefitida, green chillies ( chop into small pieces), garam masala powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves with onions.
4. Flatten the dough as chapathi and stuff it with the above mixture.
5. Cover the dough with the mixture and flatten it .
6. Put it on a chapathi pan and cook both sides of the chapathi with ghee.
7. Serve with butter,any pickle or curd as per your taste.
