Baby corn and capsicum curry

Ingredients :
Capsicum - 3 big
Baby corn - 5 to 6 
Salt as per taste 
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Coriander leaves - Handful
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Coriander powder & cumin seeds powder - 1 Teaspoon each
Kasuri methi
Garlic and ginger paste - 1 Teaspoon  ( optional)
Garam masala powder - 1 Teaspoon 
Green chillies - 2 

Method of preparation :
1. Cut baby corn and capsicum into small pieces after cleaning them with water.
2. Place a pan, fry both vegetables till it gets  well cooked.
3. Add oil/ ghee to the pan, then add onion pieces, then add slitted chillies , salt, garlic ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, tomato purée, Kasuri methi, garam masala powder.
4. Then add the sautéed  vegetables too.
5. Mix all the ingredients well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. It’s a simple curry  to do and accompany it with roti.
