Adai ( Tamil Nadu ) receipe
Ingredients:
1. Soak all dals and rice for 4 hours.
2.Later mix all the ingredients given above and make a fine paste of it.
3.Then make like a dosa and serve it hot with majjiga pulusu or ginger chutney.

- Tuvar dal - 1 Cup
- Chana dal - 1 Cup
- Urad dal - 1Cup
- Moong dal - 1 Cup
- Raw rice - 11/2 Cup
- Red chillies - 4
- Jeera - 1Teaspoon
- Sounf (Fennel seeds)1 Teaspoon
- Curry leaves - few
- Asoefitida - One pinch
- Salt per taste
- Ginger - 1 Piece
