Adai ( Tamil Nadu ) receipe

Ingredients:
  • Tuvar dal - 1 Cup
  • Chana dal - 1 Cup
  • Urad dal - 1Cup
  • Moong dal - 1 Cup 
  • Raw rice - 11/2 Cup
  • Red chillies - 4
  • Jeera - 1Teaspoon
  • Sounf (Fennel seeds)1 Teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Asoefitida - One pinch 
  • Salt per taste
  • Ginger - 1 Piece
  Method of preparation:
1. Soak all dals and rice for 4 hours.
2.Later mix all the ingredients given above and make a  fine paste of it.
3.Then make like a dosa and serve it  hot with majjiga pulusu or ginger chutney.

Nutritional values : Contains protein and carbohydrates.
