Sago ( saggubiyyam) halwa


Sago ( saggubiyyam)  halwa :
Ingredients:
  •  Saggubiyyam - 1 Glass ( Made into powder)
  • Water - 2 Glasses
  • Sugar - 1 Glass 
  • Ghee -  1/2cup melted
  • Cardamom powder  -  one pinch
  • Cashew nut and kismiss shallow fried in ghee
  • Saffron soaked in water
Preparation :
1. Put non stick pan on the stove and pour water in that pan.
2. And add sagu  powder in that till it gets cooked , then add ghee and sugar to it  till all gets mixed and cooked.
3. Later add cardamom  powder , saffron water to that and garnish with cashew and kismiss.
4. Tasty and healthy sweet ready.

Nutritional value of Sago (saggubiyyam) :  Contains iron, carbohydrates, calcium , vit k.
