Sago ( saggubiyyam) halwa :
Ingredients:- Saggubiyyam - 1 Glass ( Made into powder)
- Water - 2 Glasses
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Ghee - 1/2cup melted
- Cardamom powder - one pinch
- Cashew nut and kismiss shallow fried in ghee
- Saffron soaked in water
1. Put non stick pan on the stove and pour water in that pan.
2. And add sagu powder in that till it gets cooked , then add ghee and sugar to it till all gets mixed and cooked.
3. Later add cardamom powder , saffron water to that and garnish with cashew and kismiss.
4. Tasty and healthy sweet ready.
