Mirchi ka salan
Ingredients :
1. Shallow Fry chillies in oil .
2. Keep a pan on stove and fry groundnut, sesame seeds and coconut separately without oil.
3. Make a paste of it pouring little water.
4. Put pan on the stove , add oil into the pan and then add mustard seeds, jeera and methi seeds , curry leaves to it.
5. Later add the gravy to it and let it cook for sometime by adding water to it.
6. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder , coriander powder and jeera powder to the gravy.
7. Then mix ginger garlic paste and tamarind pulp too.
8. Let it cook for half an hour till oil comes to the top of it. 9. At last add chillies tand coriander leaves to the gravy.
- Big chillies - 1/4 kg
- Groundnut- 1Tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt as per taste
- Scrapped coconut - 1Tablespoon
- Garammasala powder - 1Teaspoon
- Tamarind pulp -1Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder one pinch
- Chilli powder - 2 Teaspoons ( Kashmiri chilli powder)
- Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Jeera powder - 1Teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander leaves one small bunch
- Oil - 1Tablespoon
