Coriander rice

Ingredients:
  • Coriander leaves - One  bunch
  • Coconut scrap optional
  • Turmeric powder - One pinch
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Cooked rice - One big bowl
  • Salt as per taste
  • Seasoning : Chana dal -1Teaspoon,  mustard mustard seeds - 1Teaspoon, Jeera - 1  Teaspoon, Urad dal -1 Teaspoon,Red chillies -2 , Cashew nuts - 1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon  juice for taste
Method:
1. Take a pan add little oil and add coriander leaves  and green chillies, fry it for few seconds and keep it aside.
2. Add little oil to the pan and put seasoning with the ingredients given above.
3. Make coriander leaves and green chillies into paste.
4. Then add it to the seasoning.
5. Add rice , salt ,turmeric powder to it.
6. And lastly add lemon juice and serve it hot.

Nutritional values: Contains vit C, vit K, magnesium, iron,manganese.
