Udalu (Barnyard millet ) idly

Ingredients :
Udalu ( Barnyard millets) - 2  Cups
Salt as per taste
Urad dal  -  1 Cup

Method of preparation :
1. Soak barn yard millets, urad dal  in water in the morning .
2.  Grind urad dal and barnyard  millets in a mixi .
3. Keep it in refrigerator or out side.
4. Morning make idly with the batter.
5. Serve with any chutney you like , and with sambar or karappodi.
