Palak paneer

Ingredients :
spinach ( Palak)  - 5 bunches
Salt as per taste
Paneer - 1 bowl full of pieces
Green chilli - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon
Onion. - 1 Big
Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Butter / Oil - 1 Teaspoon

Method of preparation :
1. Boil the palak and green chillies slitted in water for 3 mins.
2. Take a pan , add oil or butter , then add cumin seeds and onion pieces.
3. Make the palak into a paste including the green chillies.
4. Add that paste to the onions.
5. Then fry the paneer in little oil or butter add it to the palak gravy.
6. Add salt and ginger garlic paste to the curry and cook it for two mins,( For palak dishes , you have to add less salt).
7. You can garnish with cream.
