Sprouted whole green gram dosa:

Ingredients :
Whole green gram ( sprouted)  - 1Glass
Brown rice -1 Cup
Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Ginger  - 1 inch  sized
Salt as per taste

Method of preparation :
1. Soak whole green gram in water for 8 hours and take out the water from  whole gram , and let it get sprouted.
2. Add sprouted  whole green gram and brown rice for few hours.
3.  Add green chillies, ginger, soaked whole green gram, brown rice , salt, cumin seeds  grind all the ingredients into a dosa batter.
4. Put a dosa pan and add the batter , cook both sides.
5. Serve the dosa with Karapodi and tamarind chutney.
6. The chutney  shown in the picture is instant tamarind chutney.
