Pongal

Ingredients :
Rice - 1 Glass
Moong dal - 1/2 Glass
Cardamom powder one teaspoon
Cashew nuts and kismiss one tablespoon each
Jaggery  -3/4th Glass
Ghee - 1 Tablespoon

Method of preparation :
1. Cook rice with moong dal in a cooker , little softer.
2. Make jaggery syrup , then add the cooked rice to it.
3. Put a pan , add ghee to it , later add dry fruits  to the ghee and fry them.
5. Add cardamom powder to the Pongal.
6. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and kismiss.
