Coconut chutney

Ingredients:

  • Coconut scrapped half 
  • Salt-1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder
  • Little tamarind
  • Seasoning


  1. mustard seeds, 
  2. urad dal, jeera,
  3. red chilli-2, 
  4. chana dal, 
  5. hing one 
 Method of Preparation:
   Grind the coconut , along with salt, turmeric , tamarind and seasoning.

Nutritional values:
 Coconut has good fibre and is good for people suffering with thyroid too.
