Red chilli(raw) gongura ( Andhra spl leafy veg )mixed pickle

Ingredients :
  • Raw red chillies - 500gms
  • Gongura-3 bunches
  • Turmeric powder- a pinch
  • Tamarind - lemon sized
  •  Salt - 1and 1/2 tablespoon
  •  Methi seeds powder -2 teaspoons
Seasoning :
  1.  Urad dal-1 tea spoon,
  2.  Chana dal -1 tea spoon, 
  3.  Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon,
  4.  Red chillies-4,
  5.  Jeera - 1Tea spoon
 Method of Preparation :-

Clean red chillies with damp cloth and let them dry for sometime, clean gongura with water and        dry it on  a cloth for few hours. Then fry the gongura adding little oil and grind red chillies and gongura  and  add salt , turmeric powder ,methi powder,tamarind and keep aside. Now put seasoning with all the ingredients as  given above .
