Mavidallam pachadi ( ginger mango ) chutney

Ingredients :
 Ginger mango -  150 gms
 Tamarind pulp - 1 Tablespoon
 Salt as per taste
 Seasoning -  Chana dal,  urad dal , mustard seeds, jeera , methi seeds, each  one teaspoon ,  red chillies
 Jaggery - Little
Turmeric powder - One pinch

Method of preparation : Soak tamarind in water. Clean ginger with and cut into small pieces.  Make seasoning with the above ingredients. Add ginger, seasoning,  salt , turmeric powder , tamarind pulp into a mixi jar and grind it coarsely.
